We are offering more original impressionistic art from New York City restauranteur Marvin Gutin of the famous 1970's Marvin Gardens Restaurant on Broadway and 82nd. Many gold jewelry pieces along with some sterling silver. PICK UP DAYS: Sunday , August 23rd, 9am -1pm Monday, August 24th, 9am - 6pm Please wait for your turn and have your invoice with you. Any specialized arrangement for pickup outside of the scheduled dates could be subject to an additional $25 fee. All items must be picked up within 7 days of the auction's end date. Items left after that time will be forfeited back to Winchester Auctioneers. NO REFUNDS will be issued. Bidders are solely responsible for packing, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from Winchester Auctioneers once outside the location. Winchester Auctioneers will NOT supply any tools, boxes or packing materials. The winning bidder on large items needs to bring help and equipment to load the item(s). items are shipped through The UPS Store, Dunmore, at buyer expense. Items will be delivered to The UPS Store within 7 business days following the auction. The UPS Store will contact you directly for delivery, timing, and payment when your package is ready. The UPS Store professionally packages, insures, and ships your valuables. Quality packaging and shipping is sometimes costly, especially for large, heavy, and/or valuable items. We will charge your credit card following the auction, within 24 hours of closing. Please notify within 24 hours of auction closing if you desire a different payment method.
Pick up will be Sunday August 23, 9am -1pm and Monday August 24, 9am -6pm. We do not offer an in house pack and ship but can deliver your item to The UPS Store in Dickson City. or you can have your own shipper handle your purchases. Please contact the shipper of your choice to arrange for packing and pick up your items. Your items will be released as soon as payment clears our bank. We request that your shippers schedule pick up times at least 24 hours in advance, this will insure no delays in pick up, and release of your purchases. The UPS Store,Dunmore, PA, handles all shipping at buyer expense. Items will be delivered to The UPS Store within 7 business days following the auction.
